The plant seems perfectly healthy "there's one chemical that, if ingested, can cause a person's estrogen level to increase dramatically" - "what is it?" - "it's called estrogen"  @aurora estrogen isn't a chemical, it is a class of hormones. one example for an estrogen would be estradiol aka E2 aka the thing you take at a standard transfem HRT, which is a chemical itself another pretty cool substance, among the selective estrogen receptor modulators, is raloxifene it has the same effect as estradiol, except that it doesn't make you grow boobs! :D so, while we are all on that topic where do y'all host your instances? @aurora mine is on netcup, yet i doubt this is the path to enlightenment either.
@aurora dyndns records for your home IP and port 80/443 forwarded from your router to the server the fedi instance runs on/server you have a reverse proxy running on that's what i do for everything on my home network that's accessible from the internet and is how i would do it if i moved my gts instance to the homeserver so, if I'm moving to germany soon™ -would it be possible to somehow have therapist appointments in germany/online with a german therapist while still being insured in austria and using my austrian insurance?
