Basically anytime one of my posts trends I get a mention, DM, or follow request from one of these accounts.

They're scams. This one didn't even replace the placeholder text on the (probably) AI-generated template.

@alice Ah yeah, the Kakuma Refugee Camp scam. They've been at it for years.

Some of those accounts have been around for years despite reports.
