If we consider that workers prefer WFH due to the lower commute costs and so on, then it makes sense to actually alter these offices as a place to live instead. Offices are located in prime areas with public transport access, great local amenities, etc, which makes them ideal to house your workforce too. Instead of bringing the office to the home, you can bring the home to the office.
Let's not have people sleeping under their desks, but sleeping in an employer-provided flat in the same building. It just makes sense.
