 @Sobex The natural person on the instance is being accused of cyberbullying (in Austria) as well as defamation (in Germany), citing the reason for a block, visible to, at the time of notice, ~165 people, which in that instance had been hyperspecific about a person's supposed actions, as well as a DM to the admins of another instance where the same person resides containing the same. The instance itself is relevant because the subject matter was done on the instance, by its owner. |
@cache As it, the instance is accused of hosting cyberbullying content, or the instance is being bullied ?
(The former seems more likely, but the later happens, that's why some US states have enacted anti-SLAPP legislation)
