Anyways, if someone says they don’t want you to use their art (a custom emote) and that they don’t feel safe around you, that’s allowed under our rules even if that person is WelshPixie. Giving no reason or elaboration for the sentiment does not constitute libel or racism.

Publicly getting upset at that boundary, sharing it over a year later, and then commissioning someone to replicate that art so you can use it on your instance is a good example of how fair use can still be harassment.
